What made you want to become a caterer/baker/cook/chef?
My Mamaw Bea. She pretty much raised me. A caring, Godly woman that knew the value of a good home-cooked meal and providing for your family.

Breakfast!

When I am not canning and baking, I can be found out in our garden, in the chicken coop, cooking over fire or charcoal in our outdoor kitchen, or in our pasture playing with our goats.
Being raised by my Mamaw taught me the importance of providing a good meal for family and friends, preserving food for later times, enjoying the company of the ones we love, and giving all the glory to God. Because without Him we have nothing.
